Research Topics

The department’s research area is quite broad (including electrical engineering, microelectronics, communication engineering). It spans the areas of electrical engineering and information science, from the lower level of semiconductor materials and components to the top level of systems applications and services. According to the teachers' expertise, it can be divided into eight areas: micro-electronics, materials, control, power, VLSI / CAD, instrument systems and chips, information and systems, communications network. Apart from focusing on the development of their professional fields, with the trend of electrical engineering and information science, they also strengthen multi-disciplinary areas and the integration of hardware and software, as well as system optimization.
